How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop? 1....2....3 *crunch* 3 Who remembers that commercial? Now..who tried to eat that lollipop in 3 licks?? I never liked tootsie roll pops but that commercial forced me to buy them. To test them out, to try the 1,2,3 theory. That's what you call excellent marketing and advertising. An advertisers goal is to make the buyer think "I need that!". Home staging is advertising and marketing a product as well, a home. Proper staging will cause the buyer to say "I need that!" and to give the seller their best offer. Sometimes sellers don't realize the importance of proper marketing. A home is like any other product. Actually a home is NOT like any other product, its an owners pride and joy. An expensive product that you want to get top dollar for. There are so many things that the average home owner would not know how to do in order to get that top dollar. Leave it to us at Renee Redesigns to figure it out. Happy Designing! Lee

First impressions are crucial when viewing a home. Home Sellers know the benefits of staging their homes to appeal to potential buyers. In today's competitive real estate market, Landlords / Investors are also beginning to utilize home staging services in their rental properties. Renters, like home buyers look for properties that they can imagine themselves living in. Vacant rooms in a home are difficult for renters to envision how they would look with furniture, décor, rugs and artwork. Empty rooms actually seem SMALLER than furnished rooms, leaving some renters to wonder whether their furnishings will even fit. An empty space also makes renters focus on every imperfection. Staging a rental property with furniture and accessories draw renter's eyes away from imperfections and create emotional attachment. A big impact can be gained from a small investment.
Are your rental properties sitting longer without renters?
