How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop? 1....2....3 *crunch* 3 Who remembers that commercial? Now..who tried to eat that lollipop in 3 licks?? I never liked tootsie roll pops but that commercial forced me to buy them. To test them out, to try the 1,2,3 theory. That's what you call excellent marketing and advertising. An advertisers goal is to make the buyer think "I need that!". Home staging is advertising and marketing a product as well, a home. Proper staging will cause the buyer to say "I need that!" and to give the seller their best offer. Sometimes sellers don't realize the importance of proper marketing. A home is like any other product. Actually a home is NOT like any other product, its an owners pride and joy. An expensive product that you want to get top dollar for. There are so many things that the average home owner would not know how to do in order to get that top dollar. Leave it to us at Renee Redesigns to figure it out. Happy Designing! Lee |

Spring fever….Summer virus?? Hmm..yea, that doesn’t sound too appealing. But its happening!! The Summer home decorating virus is spreading. Summer is one of the best times of year to sell your home because it shows the best. Natural sun light in combination with the proper furniture in the proper hues can make any room look more spacious and comfortable to live in. Even if you’re not selling your home, you may just want to redecorate for a change of scene. With the sun shining and the birds chirping, you may wake up with a burst of energy eager to make some changes in your home. That’s the Summer Virus!! I think that’s one of the reasons our Ebook “Recipes for living rooms under $5000” has become so popular. There are so many that suffer from seasonal depression during the cold, rainy, dreary season. Boo-hoo to them. What about us who experience seasonal happiness!! What about us who want to take advantage of having the Summer Virus?? Well if you’re anything like me, which you probably are because you’re reading my blog. You’re going to relish in the Summer Virus, you’re going to order the Ebook, you’re going to choose some pieces and you’re going to decorate your home while the sun is still shining!!
