How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop? 1....2....3 *crunch* 3 Who remembers that commercial? Now..who tried to eat that lollipop in 3 licks?? I never liked tootsie roll pops but that commercial forced me to buy them. To test them out, to try the 1,2,3 theory. That's what you call excellent marketing and advertising. An advertisers goal is to make the buyer think "I need that!". Home staging is advertising and marketing a product as well, a home. Proper staging will cause the buyer to say "I need that!" and to give the seller their best offer. Sometimes sellers don't realize the importance of proper marketing. A home is like any other product. Actually a home is NOT like any other product, its an owners pride and joy. An expensive product that you want to get top dollar for.
